Transgenic DNA contaminates native Mexican corn varieties

(Nov. 29, 2001 – CropChoice news) – The DNA from genetically modified corn has found its way into native corn in Qaxaca, Mexico, wrote University of California at Berkeley scientists in yesterday’s issue of the journal Nature.
