Japanese sweetener industry to cease sourcing non-GM corn (Friday, Jan. 3, 2003 -- CropChoice news) -- The Japan Starch and Sweeteners Industry Association (JSSIA) cited costs and logistics as key in its decision to cease supplying identity-preserved, non-genetically modified corn to its customers.
